General Questions
Where can I get myZeo for iPhone?
You can download myZeo for iPhone from the App Store. Just visit the App Store either on your computer through iTunes, or on your iPhone®, iPod Touch®, or iPad™. In the App Store search for “myZeo” and click the “Free” button to start installing it.
Is myZeo for iPhone free?
myZeo for iPhone is free. However, it requires that one own a Zeo® Personal Sleep Coach, create a myZeo account and upload their sleep data.
How do I log in?
The first time you use myZeo for iPhone, you will be asked for your myZeo.com login information. Tap on the Email field to enter your email address. Then tap on the “Next” button on the keyboard to enter you password into the Password field. Tap the “Go” button to log in.
myZeo for iPhone will save your login information so you do not need to log in each time you launch it. If you want to log in with a different account, tap the “Logout” button on the home screen.
How do I log out?
Tap the “Logout” button in the upper right corner of the home screen. You will be asked to login again next time you launch myZeo for iPhone.
Nightly Data Screen
How do I view my ZQ Breakdown?
From the home screen, tap the “Nightly Data” button to show the most recent night’s ZQ information. You can also tap any of the bars in the “Last 7 Nights” bar graph in the home screen to show that night’s ZQ breakdown.
How do I see different nights in the Nightly Data screen?
There are several ways to change which night you review. In the Nightly Data screen, to see to the next or previous night, either swipe your finger left or right, or use the arrow buttons at the bottom of the screen.
You can also tap the calendar icon in the upper right corner of the Nightly Data screen to enter a “Browse Nights” page to pick the date you would like to review.. From there, you can tap the “List” button to see a list of nights and their corresponding ZQs. Tap on one of the nights in the list to review that night in depth. From the “Browse Nights” page you can also tap the “Month” button to see a calendar view. In the calendar, the days with a dot specify dates with recorded sleep data. Tap on a date with a dot to see the ZQ and Total Z appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap the arrow next to it the information to review that night in depth.
What types of information can I find in the Nightly Data?
At the top of the Nightly Data page is a summary of your Total Sleep, sleep phases, and times woken. Below that is a small-scale sleep graph. Swiping left or right on the sleep graph displays to a pie chart of your sleep phases and your bedtime, rise time and Time to Z.
How can I see the sleep graph for a given night?
In the Nightly Data section, rotate the screen to the landscape (horizontal) orientation to see a larger version of the sleep graph. You can swipe this screen to the left or right to review sleep graphs from different nights.
I slept a long time and my sleep graph is too wide to fit the screen. How can I see the rest of it?
In the horizontal sleep graph view, if your sleep graph is too wide (slept for over 9½ hours) to fit on the screen, just put your finger over the sleep graph and scroll left or right.
Trends Screen
How can I see my sleep history?
On the home screen, tap the “Trends” button to show a graph of your sleep history.
The Trends graph shows a short segment of data points. How can I see more data points?
Rotate the screen to the landscape (horizontal) orientation and you will see a much longer version of the Trends graph. In both portrait and landscape orientations, you can side your finger left and right across the graph to scroll it.
How can I tell the exact value of a data point on the Trends graph?
Hold your finger on the graph and a bubble will appear showing the value for a particular data point. Slide your finger across the graph to show bubbles for other data points.
How can I change which sleep statistic is shown in the Trends graph?
You can change the sleep statistic in portrait mode or landscape mode. In portrait mode, tap the button at the bottom of the screen and a menu with other sleep statistics will appear. Tap another sleep statistic to select it.
In landscape mode, tap the sleep measure name in the upper left corner of the screen to display a menu of sleep statistics. Slide the wheel to select the desired sleep measure. Tap the “Close” button to dismiss the pop-up menu.
How can I change the time frame in the Trends graph?
At the top of the trends graph, tap “Nights” to see the data points for individual nights. Tap “Weeks” to see a week by week comparison. Tap “Months” to see your average sleep data in each month.
In the Trends section, why do some data points have lines connecting them and others do not?
The dots will not be connected if there is a gap in your data (e.g., you did not use Zeo during that time period.)
Uploading & Updating Data
Can I upload my sleep data using my iPhone?
At this time you cannot upload your sleep data from your Zeo Personal Sleep Coach to your iPhone.
Can I update my journal using my iPhone?
At this time you cannot update your journal from your iPhone.
I just uploaded some new data through the myZeo website. How can I get it to display on my iPhone?
If your iPhone has a network connection (mobile or Wi-Fi), when you launch myZeo for iPhone, it will automatically update to display the latest data. You can also tap the circular “Refresh” button at the bottom left of the home screen to refresh your data.
